Getting This Group Started TU1

First in (probably) a series of tutorials about starting up groups. I've seen too many people who become founders or Admin and don't know what's going on. Hopefully this will help.

Start on the top left, read downward, the go up to the top right, and read downward. It makes more sense that way. Download for full size.

I apologize for any misspellings, my graphics program doesn't do spell check.

And yes, I'm serious about what I said in the last vertical orange paragraph.
